Automatic Packaging Solution
for Blister Packaging

This solution adopts a "bottom web forming – filling – paper web heat sealing" process, suitable for individual blister packaging of medical consumables such as syringes, infusion sets, and catheters. The equipment automatically performs bottom web thermoforming, product loading, breathable paper web heat sealing, and coding directly from roll stock. A flexible conveying platform enables high-speed continuous production and seamless integration with upstream assembly lines and inspection equipment, meeting the packaging needs of high-volume, multi-specification production.



Precisely controlled heating and pressure produce rigid, well-defined blisters that facilitate cartoning and keep products secure during transport, preventing abrasion that could compromise the sterile barrier.

Stable and Efficient Heat Sealing

Servo-driven heat sealing mechanism ensures uniform and consistent sealing force, producing strong, clean, and aesthetically pleasing seals with burst strength far exceeding industry standards.

In-Mold Labeling&Tear-Notch Line

Optional in-mold labeling embeds instructions or labels during forming, eliminating downstream steps. Sealing tooling can integrate tear-notch punching, improving clinical opening convenience and user experience for healthcare professionals.

Integrated Online Printing

After sealing, online inkjet printing of production lot number, expiration date, UDI code, and other information is completed, ensuring clear marking and precise positioning.
