To address key challenges of traditional insulin syringes—such as low production efficiency, high contamination risk, and limited process control—Maider has independently developed an automated production line. The system enables automated assembly, inspection, and packaging of core components, including needle caps, needle tubes, and plungers, while improving product consistency and cleanliness. It significantly enhances production efficiency, reduces overall manufacturing costs, and supports intelligent, large-scale production of insulin syringes.
