“I understand that the client wants the equipment to be delivered as soon as possible, but not until the factory acceptance test is passed.” Almost every day, Engineer Chen, head of the quality department, gives such reply. Although sometimes it leaves the project manager in an awkward position, Chen's attitude never changes.

In Maider, we implement a strict and complete operation process. The department of Engineer Chen is just part of it. Over the past 18 years, we have established a set of quality standards based on our experience in the medical automation industry. The aim of it is to ensure each equipment we delivered features the leading performance and reliable quality.

Why is Maider so rigorous on quality?

For one thing, we are aware that medical automation, as a special segment of automation industry, has highly demanding requirements on quality and service.

Besides, “Integrity and Responsibility” is part of our DNA. “Tell the truth and do the right thing” is one of the principles Mr. Lin Junhua, the founder of Maider, put forwards, and also the requirement of the company for all employees, which drives us striving for excellent quality.

To do so, we are not only responsible for our clients, the market and the consumers, but also practicing our pursuit.

Striving for a Promising Future

So far Maider has made an impressive record of achievements, and our equipment has been awarded the title of “First (set) in the country” for multiple times. Maider also went public at Shanghai Stock Exchange’s Science and Technology Innovation Board (SSE STAR Market). However, it won’t be our destination.

We will soon embark on a new journey, a journey leading to the world leader in the segment.
