Automatic assembly machine for disposable transfusion set

This assembly line is an intelligent manufacturing system for medical consumables exclusively developed by Maider based on clients' actual needs and products' technical characteristics. In contrast to traditional manufacturing that relies on manual assembly, this system enables manufacturing flow to be fully automatic, effectively overcoming the challenges of traditional manual assembly/manufacturing, high risks of contamination, and low yield rate. This, in turn, leads to significant improvement in productivity, reduction in labor intensity, and decrease in production costs.
